In Good Hands
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
Just as we’d once promised, the worst has indeed passed – and as excited as we are to welcome you back to our dining rooms after a sorely missed absence, the health and safety of you and our team remain one of our top priorities.
As we step out of a pandemic and into a brave new world alongside you, we have reimagined a new suite of service standards and protocols that all Cicheti concepts will uphold as our “new normal” moving forward. We’ll continue to serve you our homegrown brand of Italian cuisine with the warm hospitality that you’ve grown accustomed to, through touchpoints that have been examined, enhanced and secured to offer you a peace of mind as you dine with us.
While the future still holds many uncertainties, one thing’s for sure - you’re in good hands with us.
1
KEEPING YOUR HEALTH OUR TOP PRIORITY
Keep it sanitised.
Regular hand sanitisation for staff and guests are now possible thanks to the multiple hand sanitising stations that have been placed around the restaurant for convenience.
Permission to enter.
Customers are required to confirm all declarations and comply to entry requirements set out by SafeEntry and the restaurant before being welcomed in, including limitations of groups of up to five, having their temperature taken, sanitising their hands prior to entering the restaurant, and having face masks on at all times except when eating.
Stay home notice.
Customers who are running a fever, displaying symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath—or are simply feeling poorly—will not be allowed entry and are encouraged to stay home and take advantage of our daily delivery offering featuring islandwide delivery from $10 at zero minimum spend.
2
NO SURFACES LEFT UNTOUCHED
Every nook and cranny.
All surfaces in the outlet will be thoroughly disinfected multiple times a day, including every nook and cranny in our kitchens, dining areas, toilets and dishwashing areas.
Touchy subjects.
High touch surfaces such as door knobs, iPads, phones, POS stations, stationary, chairs, tables, countertops and toilet surfaces including flush handles are disinfected at least once every hour. Tableware will only be set upon arrival of guests to prevent prior contamination
3
THE FUTURE IS CONTACT-LESS
Pay it forward.
We will be moving away from collecting cash and transitioning towards contact-less payments starting with credit cards and Paywave.
At your fingertips.
Gone are the days of handling physical menus, which today we’ve replaced with web-based menus that you can retrieve on your mobile deivce from the simple scan of a QR code.
Acrylic and beyond.
We’re going above and beyond safe distancing requirements of keeping tables one metre apart, and will soon introduce acrylic separation dividers across all tables for further added comfort and security.
4
OUR LAST DEFENCES
Our people.
All staff will be required to wear protective masks throughout the day, with every member of the team subject to daily temperature screenings and compliance with SafeEntry requirements. Staff members are encouraged to stay home should they not feel well.
Our pivot.
A separate holding area away from the main dining area will be allocated for collection of takeout and delivery orders, with appropriate safe distancing demarcation and mask requirements.
LAST WORDS
The impact of COVID-19 has taught us many painful lessons, but none as revealing as our role that goes beyond providing great food and drink through experiences that leave behind indelible memories, but in fulfilling the basic human need for connection and shaping social relations, and a newfound sense of responsibility to never let that be compromised as it has been in the last few months.
This is one that we do not take lightly, and will remain nimble as we continue to grow and evolve our service standards to ensure that whenever you dine at a Cicheti concept, you’re in good hands. If you have suggestions or feedback on how we can create a safer space for you, please email info@cicheti.com.
