
Reheating Instructions
Pizza lover,
As some of you may already know, Neapolitan-style dough is best enjoyed straight from our wood-fired oven. Nonetheless, we’ve engineered a nifty trick for you to, even at home, enjoy all the goodness of a Cicheti pizza as it was intended to.
Should you wish to re-create the out-of-the-oven-fresh Cicheti Pizza you have come to know and love, we recommend you follow these simple tried-and-tested steps:

Crisp it.
Heat up your pan on the stove at medium flame and place in the pizza slice(s) for 30 seconds. This will make the bottom crisp.

Steam it.
Cover the pan with a lid for another 10 to 15 seconds allowing the steam to soften the top.

Enjoy it.
Eat and smile.

Pro tip: Save it but don't 'wave it.
P.S. You may refrigerate any left-overs by placing the slice(s), cheese on cheese, tightly wrapped for the next day to enjoy. Heat up following steps 1 to 3. And remember, it is not recommendable to microwave or place inside the oven. Trust us on this.
